Really pleased with the treatment I had with Dr Hartej to fix the black triangles between my upper front teeth, which were pretty significant.

He was friendly, professional and listened to what I wanted. He used composite bonding not only to close the gaps but also to improve and straighten the overall line of my upper teeth. Most importantly, the result looks incredibly natural and amazing. I’m genuinely delighted with how they turned out, and my wife is delighted too.

I saw Tej at both the Battersea and Greenwich clinics, hence the review at both locations. Great experience throughout and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone for cosmetic work.

I had teeth whitening and composite bonding done on my teeth, really happy with the results and my dentist Dr Raissa Caroci was amazing and really patient and explained every step of the treatment process, along with all the assistants in the process and receptionists, they were very welcoming. Very friendly on the surface, but the quality of communication, planning, and adequate attention given to myself as a patient has been extremely disappointing. I have often left the majority of my appointments extremely frustrated and let down. I really wanted to like this place.
Every error you come across is met with several defensive responses as to why they are right and you are wrong, making sure to emotionally exhaust you before correcting the issue. It will take too many tries, but they will nevertheless never hesitate to self-congratulate themselves for doing the basics of their role and correcting things they should have gotten right in the first place, had they paid enough attention to begin with. If you want to be gaslit every time there is an error and receive post-austerity NHS level attention at a private clinic, come here.

Response Edit: I have expressed my frustrations multiple times privately but have felt continuously disregarded. A public review is the only way I would hope to get proper acknowledgement for the things I am complaining about. Your response diverts away from the reality of my experiences, yet again in an attempt to make me look like an unreasonably demanding client when I have been consistently lied to about timelines, misled, and asked you to correct your own errors which you believe I should be grateful for.
I have been more than patient enough but there have been consistent mistakes throughout my treatment such as how my dental bridge has consistently fallen out for months because of a faulty realignment performed by your practice - resulting in humiliation in my personal life and much wasted time having to always get it refitted. You lied to me about offering a new dental bridge at the start, then conveniently forgot this was offered until I had to demand it, because making false promises is easier than doing the work properly and keeping your word. I had reception staff attempting to make me out like I am a liar when Dr. Tej suggested it in the first place. When you then did eventually offer it again, it was after a huge emotional toll to myself, but the new replacement bridge was uneven (again blaming me for apparently now having wonky bottom teeth which I do not and  has nothing to do with the bridge on the top), did not correctly match the bridge to the shade of the rest of my teeth either (expecting me to walk around with significantly mismatched teeth for several months) which then forced me to start whitening treatment early at a cost to myself for your lack of consideration and planning. I was then lied to about the maximum time my gums would be worked on, only to find new reasons as to why my gums cannot be worked on until it is too late past the deadline you gave and after multiple pointless visits to the practice which have wasted my time and money in travel - all because you don't seem to care about the personal cost of your actions towards me.
You claim you have consistently reworked on these errors at no additional cost, when I have paid to have these works done correctly and with due diligence in the first place. I did not come into the practice multiple times to have these errors fixed out of my own boredom, and as a matter of fact, I have come to dread every appointment I have now because I am afraid of a new mistake that will spearhead itself which I will have to burden. If I wanted to feel like a nameless case number, I would have stuck with the NHS.
You do not acknowledge any of these things in your response, as always. I have communicated privately enough, and getting through to the practice often requires multiple texts or emails to get a response, anyway. I have been more than polite and civil but there comes a point where it insults my personhood and self-respect when these things do not seem to get through.

Fantastic dental clinic. I had my braces treatment at Cosmetic Dental Gallery and have also been back many times for hygiene appointments. The whole experience has always been excellent.

The doctors are very professional and knowledgeable, communication is great, and everything is explained clearly throughout the treatment. The clinic is modern, very well equipped, and uses up-to-date technology.

Had emergency repair treatment carried out by Raissa - I have to say without a doubt she is the best dentist I’ve ever been treated by. This is the 1st time I have been able to visit a dentist & not be full of dread.
Raissa is very approachable & friendly. She explained every step of the treatment in detail as it was being done, which made me feel completely at ease.

Wow just came here to write a review and can see how many 5 star reviews others have left! Which is not surprising as this dentist is fantastic. I especially appreciate that they aren’t just trying to take your money, they really care about your dental health and doing the right thing. As a very nervous dental patient, with a fear of needles, having gone through a series of bad experiences with other dentists, I was apprehensive about seeking help to treat my gums again. When I went to the Cosmetic Dental gallery I shared this with them before my visit, and I was so delighted with how much care and kindness Dr. Ioanna showed me and helped me get through the treatment. Not only has she helped cure my fear of the dentist, Ionna has helped cure my gums which are now back to excellent health and I’m excited to begin my next treatment at the Cosmetic Dental Gallery and helping me get closer my perfect smile. This is a superb place. I came there a few months ago while exploring options for correcting what I thought was a mostly cosmetic issue from an old injury. They did a very comprehensive examination and uncovered structural issues that other places didn't even bother to look into, they then presented me with a detailed treatment plan that was clearly designed to not cut any corners and make sure I get the most optimal outcome long term. I just went through the first stage which involved one tooth being extracted and another prepped and a temporary bridge installed. Stellar job by Dr Hartej and Dr Stefano, like I have no idea how they managed to do it so well, super smooth process, no discomfort, and the temporary fitting looks stunning, better than a lot of the final veneers/crowns that I saw coming from other places. There were significant road closures in the local area and standstill traffic that made me very late. I called up before my appointment to let them know but they were very unforgiving and I lost my £50 deposit. It’s a shame as I’ve used them before and previously had a great experience, it would have been good if they were more forgiving.
