Dentist Referrals
Welcome to the dentist referrals page. Your referral will be managed by our care coordinator who will contact your patients directly and arrange an assessment appointment at the most convenient time. You will also receive an acknowledgment of your referral. At the initial assessment appointment, patients will be receive a detailed consultation and a treatment plan.
Please select the clinic location below on where you wish to refer your patient. You will then need to register your practice on our bespoke referral portal where you will be able to view existing referrals and refer more patients.
