Cancellation Policy

At The Cosmetic Dental Gallery, we aim to provide the best care for all of our patients and in order to ensure that our practice operates efficiently and effectively it is vital that patients attend their appointments promptly. Our dentists will always aim to book the correct length of appointments as to avoid causing delays to you. However, there are circumstances in which delays may not be avoided and we endeavour to make this a rare occurrence.

When an appointment is booked this automatically allocates the practices resources to ensure we deliver optimal results. When a patient books an appointment, this space is no longer available to any other patient and if a patient cancels on short notice we are unlikely to be able to offer it to another patient.  This results in delays to other patients in the practice and increases wait times generally.

Our appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time Therefore if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us either by email or telephone at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

 Failure to notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time or failure to attend your appointment will result in your deposit being charged as a cancellation fee. The management team may choose to waive the cancellation fee in exceptional circumstances, but this is subject to our discretion.

We understand that many of our patients have busy schedules and work commitments, hence we implore you to analyse your schedules carefully before booking appointments to ensure you can attend.

Appointment Booking Policy

A deposit is required on booking to secure your appointment. The full fee for examinations, consultations and hygiene appointment are taken on booking.  The fee is refundable should you cancel in line with our cancellation policy above.

For any treatments requiring 60 minutes or above 50% of the treatment fee will be required on booking.

All accounts are to be settled prior to leaving the clinic by credit/debit card or cash or by pre-approved finance.
